Every Sunday night my AI sends me a report card on its own email
I did not want to go hunting for whether my cold email was healthy. So every Sunday night my agent pulls its own bounce rate, compares it to last week, and tells me plainly whether to act.
A number, a trend, and a verdict
Every Sunday the agent computes this week's bounce rate, computes last week's for comparison, and gives me a verdict with no interpretation required. Green means healthy, do nothing. Yellow means watch it. Red means it is time to pay for a stronger address-verification service.
That last part matters. The agent will tell me to spend money on a tool when the numbers justify it, and it will tell me to save that money when careful list hygiene is keeping bounces low on its own.
Monitoring that nudges a decision
A dashboard nobody opens is worthless. This report comes to me, on a schedule, with a clear next action attached. I do not have to remember to check, and I do not have to interpret a chart.
This is what good monitoring looks like. It watches the thing you would forget to watch, and it turns a raw number into a decision you can make in ten seconds.
