Digital Worker. Tier 1.

Your digital worker.
Signs on, gets to work, meets you where you are.

A done-for-you AI assistant that handles email, scheduling, follow-ups, and admin. You stay the operator. It becomes the tireless ops person you never had to hire.

  • Most operators free 10 to 20 hours a month from inbox, follow-ups, and repetitive ops.
  • Monthly subscription. No setup fee. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
  • We onboard 3 new Digital Worker clients per month. When those slots fill, you join the waitlist for next month.

No credit card to inquire. We only invoice if we accept you and you approve the plan.

"This is the best AI I've ever used. Hands down. For $360/month instead of $6,000+ for a junior hire, it knows my business, has access to what it needs, and helps me get 10x more done in half the time. I can message it on my lunch break and have work ready by the time I'm back. And it works weekends too!"

The real cost of doing it yourself

You know AI can help. You're not ready for the full done-for-you build yet. Maybe you want to try the waters first. Maybe you're a solo operator, a side-hustle founder, a small team testing whether this whole AI-assistant thing delivers.

Your day disappears into the same set of tasks every week:

  • Chasing clients for documents, approvals, and signatures
  • Rewriting the same quotes, proposals, invoices, and reports
  • Moving data between systems by hand and cleaning up the errors
  • Inbox triage, scheduling, and endless just-checking-in emails
  • Paying for several scattered SaaS subscriptions that overlap each other

In one sentence: you're burning founder time on work a well-built Digital Worker can handle quietly in the background.

What is a Digital Worker?

An "agent" is an AI helper for one specific kind of work: email, calendar, research, drafts. A Digital Worker is a set of these agents, plugged into your existing tools, talking to you on the messaging platform you already use. It quietly handles:

  • Routes and responds to routine emails in your voice
  • Chases clients for missing info and documents
  • Creates quotes, proposals, and follow-ups from simple prompts
  • Updates systems so your team isn't double-entering data
  • Summarizes threads and surfaces what needs your decision

You stay the founder. The Digital Worker becomes the tireless ops person you never had to hire.

Why this exists

In an age of AI, you need to augment yourself.

You need to have an AI in your corner to keep up with everyone else.

I've skipped having to learn thousands of hours of things, because I built what I needed to perform the thing I wanted to do.

This is that thing. For you.

A short list of tools a Digital Worker can stand in for

Not every tool in every stack. The ones below are the most common subscriptions a solo operator pays for that a private AI assistant can often handle. Your mileage varies by workflow.

Tool category Named vendors Replaced?
Email scheduling / send-laterCalendly, Motion, ReclaimYes
CRM follow-up reminder botFollow Up Boss, Outreach, AttioYes
AI research assistantPerplexity Pro, ChatGPT PlusYes
Meeting-notes AIFathom, Fireflies, OtterPartially
Content brief / outline generatorJasper, Copy.aiYes
Calendar / inbox copilotSuperhuman AI, SparkPartially
Social post scheduler (basic)Buffer, Hootsuite, LaterPartially
Simple automation toolZapier starter, Make starterPartially

"Partially" means the Digital Worker covers the AI reasoning part but you may still want the specialist tool for its UI or its deep integration. We tell you during setup which trades make sense.

Digital Worker is not cheaper than any single tool on the list. It absorbs several of them AND gives you an actual assistant that meets you where you are, so the comparison is stack-to-stack, not line-to-line.

Your data, your instance

Google is rolling Gemini into Gmail and Photos globally, which means Google is reading your data to build Google's context about you. A private Digital Worker reads the same data to build YOUR context, sitting on infrastructure you control with credentials you own. Same raw material, different beneficiary. That difference seems like it will matter more, not less, over time.

A real assistant. Not a chatbot.

Your own private AI system

Your own instance. Spun up when you sign up. Not shared with anyone else.

Messaging channel

Talk to it on the messaging platform you already use. Works from your phone. No new app to learn.

Standard agent set

Email triage, calendar help, CRM follow-up reminders, research, summarization, document drafting. The common stuff most operators need.

Step-by-step connection guides

Written walkthroughs for Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Stripe, HighLevel, DigitalOcean, and more. Follow along, connect your accounts, you're live.

Optional live setup

Get stuck on a connection? 15-minute screen-share with us included. We don't leave you guessing.

Shared support agent

Something breaks, you message the support channel. A dedicated support AI investigates and gets back to you. Escalates to a human when needed.

Cancel anytime

Month to month. No annual commitment. Cancel with one click, your instance shuts down cleanly and your data is exported.

Upgrade path

If you outgrow the standard set, you can upgrade to Digital Assistant at any time. We carry over your config.

Note on the AI models. Your instance, your data, and your credentials are yours. The AI providers (Anthropic, the company behind Claude) we call are public-cloud services, and the prompts we send them are subject to each vendor's API terms. We link the current vendor terms in our privacy policy.

Triple Protection: Results, Reliability, Responsiveness

We take the risk so you don't have to.

Results

Save 5+ hours of admin per week within 30 days, or we refund your first month in full and you keep the system running free for one additional month while we tune it.

Reliability

Email deliverability stays at or above 95 percent during the engagement. If it drops and the cause is our system, we fix it at no cost or we waive the month.

Responsiveness

Support replies within 4 business hours during your first 90 days. If we miss, that month is on us.

What the first 30 days look like

  1. Reach out. Email us or use the button on this page. Takes 2 minutes.
  2. Discovery call. We map your current admin load and see if it's a fit.
  3. Sign and pay. Clear scope, pricing, timeline. Contract triggers Stripe invoice.
  4. Day 1 to 5. You follow our written guides to connect your accounts. Stuck? 15-minute screen-share.
  5. Day 5 to 7. You pair your messaging platform. You send your first message. It responds. You put it to work.
  6. Day 28 check-in. We measure hours saved. If we're under the floor, you qualify for the refund.
  7. Day 30. Keep going, cancel, or upgrade to Digital Assistant if you've outgrown the standard set.

Most operators get to "talking to it" within the first week. The slowest step is usually connecting your Google account the first time.

What's included

  • Dedicated private PAI instance, provisioned for you
  • Messaging platform paired to your phone
  • Standard agent set (email, calendar, CRM, research, summarization, drafting)
  • Written setup guides for every supported integration
  • One 15-minute live setup session if you get stuck

  • Cancel anytime, no penalty, data export on request

Is this a fit for you?

Best fit if you

  • Run a small business, consultancy, or side project
  • Have repetitive admin or ops work eating your calendar
  • Want AI to just work without becoming the tech person
  • Are willing to try for a month and see real results

Not a fit if you

  • Require PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, or defense-grade compliance
  • Are in healthcare, banking, or defense classified workloads
  • Want a DIY course instead of done-for-you implementation
  • Need custom agents beyond the standard set (see Digital Assistant)

Questions operators ask before they start

How long from signup to working assistant?

Typically 5 to 7 business days once you connect your accounts. The slowest step is usually connecting your Google account if you've never done it. Our step-by-step guide covers it in about 20 minutes.

What if I get stuck connecting my accounts?

We include one 15-minute live screen-share at no extra cost. We walk you through whichever integration you're stuck on. Additional live help available at hourly rate, billed transparently.

What about my data?

Private instance means your data, credentials, and configuration sit on your own stack. We don't pool customer data across clients. One caveat: the AI models we call (Anthropic Claude by default) are public-cloud providers, and prompts we send them are covered by that vendor's API terms, not ours. If you cancel, we export everything and shut the instance down within 7 days. Full data-handling terms in our privacy policy.

What's the difference between this and Digital Assistant (Tier 2)?

Digital Assistant is done-for-you: we set it up, we do the integration, we build 3 custom agents, we train you. Tier 1 (this one) is self-serve with support: you follow our guides and set it up yourself, with the standard agent set rather than custom. Same infrastructure, different setup path and price.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Any month you can say "I want to move to Tier 2" and we convert your config. You pay the Tier 2 setup fee at that point and stop the monthly subscription.

Do you support (specific tool)?

Standard supported set: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Discord, HighLevel, Stripe, Airtable, DigitalOcean, GoDaddy. These are common operator tools. If you use something not listed, tell us during signup and we'll see if it fits. More added each quarter based on customer request.
