Capacity. We onboard eight new Digital Worker instances per month. After that, the waitlist is honest. No fake urgency, no "only 2 spots left" banners. When we hit the cap for the month, you go on the list and we tell you which week next month you're expected to start.

You know AI can help. You don't have $18,000 to get started.

Not every business is ready for a full custom setup. Maybe you want to try the waters first. Maybe you're a solo operator, a side-hustle founder, a small team testing whether this whole AI-assistant thing delivers. Digital Worker is the monthly subscription version: low commitment, standard agents, self-serve onboarding with our help where you need it.

An "agent" is an AI helper for one specific kind of work: email, calendar, research, drafts.

"The fire of fires" is Daniel Miessler's phrase for what AI is doing to the SaaS stack. Cheap models plus a private assistant mean a lot of the monthly-subscription tools a solo operator runs on can get replaced, not added to.

See The Fire of Fires, Daniel Miessler. We're not claiming every tool gets replaced. A handful do.

A short list of tools a Digital Worker can often stand in for.

Not every tool in every stack. The ones below are the most common subscriptions a solo operator pays for that a private AI assistant can often handle with good prompts and the right integrations. Your mileage varies by workflow.

Tool category Named vendors Typical monthly cost Replaced?
Email scheduling / send-laterCalendly, Motion, Reclaim$15 to $40Yes
CRM follow-up reminder botFollow Up Boss, Outreach, Attio$30 to $75Yes

Social post scheduler (basic)Buffer, Hootsuite, Later$15 to $50Partially
Simple automation toolZapier starter, Make starter$20 to $50Partially

"Partially" means the Digital Worker covers the AI reasoning part but you may still want the specialist tool for its UI or its deep integration. We tell you during setup which trades make sense.

Real stacks run $300 to $600 once you add the occasional one-off tool. Digital Worker at $1,800 per month is not cheaper than any single tool. It's meant to absorb several of them AND give you an actual assistant on Telegram, so the comparison is stack-to-stack, not line-to-line.

Day 1 to Day 30, roughly.

Day 1

Signup

You fill in the form. We spin up your private instance in the background.

Day 2 to 3

API keys

You follow our written guides for Gmail, Calendar, Notion, and whatever else you use. Stuck? 15-minute screen-share.

Day 4 to 5

Live on Telegram

You pair your phone. You send your first message. It responds. You put it to work.

Day 30

Decide

Keep going, cancel with one click, or upgrade to Digital Assistant if you've outgrown the standard set.

Most operators get to "talking to it on Telegram" within the first week. The slowest step is usually connecting your Google account the first time you set one up.

The Gemini question.

Google is rolling Gemini into Gmail and Photos globally, which means Google is reading your data to build Google's context about you. A private Digital Worker reads the same data to build YOUR context, sitting on infrastructure you control with credentials you own. Same raw material, different beneficiary. That difference seems like it will matter more, not less, over time.

A real assistant. Not a chatbot.

Your own private AI system

Your own instance. Spun up when you sign up. Not shared with anyone else.

Telegram channel

Talk to it the way you text. Works from your phone. No new app to learn.

Standard agent set

Email triage, calendar help, CRM follow-up reminders, research, summarization, document drafting. The common stuff most operators need.

Step-by-step connection guides

Written walkthroughs for Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Stripe, HighLevel, DigitalOcean, and more. Follow along, paste the keys, you're live.

Optional live setup

Get stuck on an API key? 15-minute screen-share with us included. We don't leave you guessing.

Shared support agent

Something breaks, you message the support channel. A dedicated support AI investigates and gets back to you. Escalates to a human when needed.

Cancel anytime

Month to month. No annual commitment. Cancel with one click, your instance shuts down cleanly and your data is exported.

Upgrade path

If you outgrow the standard set, you can upgrade to Digital Assistant at any time. We carry over your config.

Note on the AI models. Your instance, your data, and your credentials are yours. The AI providers (Anthropic, the company behind Claude) we call are public-cloud services, and the prompts we send them are subject to each vendor's API terms. We link the current vendor terms in our privacy policy. You can review them before signing.

Why $1,800 a month and not $180.

$180 a month is roughly what a single SaaS tool costs. Digital Worker is not a single SaaS tool. It is a private, dedicated AI infrastructure stack with support, onboarding help, and an actual assistant working on Telegram. The honest answer on price: we don't have scale yet. The R&D that went into making this wire up cleanly for a small business is spread across a small number of customers at the entry tier. As we get more customers, the price floor may come down. Today, the work costs what it costs, and we'd rather tell you than hide it in a fake $99 teaser that locks you into something later.

The comparison point is not "one tool." It is the $300 to $600 a month of scattered subscriptions a solo operator usually runs, plus the hours spent gluing them together. Digital Worker absorbs several of those subscriptions and the glue, and gives you an actual AI assistant on Telegram on top. Month-to-month, cancel-anytime, so you can test the claim.

Operators ready to try, not ready to commit big.

Solo operators

One-person shops, freelancers, consultants. Getting an assistant for a sub-$2K monthly spend is a no-brainer if it actually works. This lets you prove it before scaling.

Side-hustle founders

Day job pays the bills, side business is testing product-market fit. You don't have $18K to drop on setup but you need some speed. This fits the budget.

Small teams testing the waters

2-3 person teams curious whether AI assistants are real. A month on Tier 1 is the cheapest way to find out, with a clear upgrade path to Tier 2 when you're convinced.

The common questions.

How long from signup to working assistant?

Typically 2 to 5 business days once you have your API keys in hand. The slowest step is usually connecting your Google account if you've never set it up. Our step-by-step guide covers it in about 20 minutes.

What if I can't get my API keys?

We include one 15-minute live screen-share at no extra cost. We walk you through whichever integration you're stuck on. After that, additional live help is $150 per hour.

What about my data?

Private instance means your data, credentials, and configuration sit on your own stack. We don't pool customer data across clients. One caveat worth naming: the AI models we call out to (Anthropic Claude by default) are public-cloud providers, and prompts we send them are covered by that vendor's API terms, not ours. If you cancel, we export everything and shut the instance down within 7 days. Full data-handling terms in our privacy policy.

What's the difference between this and Digital Assistant (Tier 2)?

Digital Assistant is done-for-you: we set it up, we do the integration, we build 3 custom agents, we train you. Tier 1 (this one) is self-serve with support: you follow our guides and set it up yourself, with the standard agent set rather than custom. Same infrastructure, different setup path and price.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Any month you can say "I want to move to Tier 2" and we convert your config. You pay the Tier 2 setup fee at that point and stop the monthly subscription.

Do you support (specific tool)?

Standard supported set: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Discord, Telegram, HighLevel, Stripe, Airtable, DigitalOcean, GoDaddy. These are common small-business tools. If you use something not listed, tell us during signup and we'll see if it fits. More added each quarter based on customer request. If you need something outside the standard set, Tier 2 is where that custom integration work happens.
