We wrap around your existing tools. We do not rip them out.
What we connect to
- Your job and CRM system. Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Fergus, FieldEdge, or even a Google Sheet if that is what you use today.
- Your calendar. Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Your email and SMS. Your normal sending domain plus Twilio or whatever SMS your stack already uses.
- Your invoicing tool. Read-only. We see what is billed and what is paid.
What we do NOT touch
- We do not collect card data. Payments stay inside your existing invoicing or payment processor.
- We do not replace your quoting tool. We draft quotes inside it when possible. If your tool does not support drafts, we generate a PDF or email for you to approve.
- We do not change pricing without rules you set in writing.

Guardrails and limits
Trades work runs on trust. We do not ship anything that puts that trust at risk.
- Shadow mode first. For the first 7 days the worker drafts every quote, email, and SMS and you approve them in a single daily batch. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
- Auto-send only after a test window. Once you are comfortable, we move specific message types to auto-send. Reminders go first. Quotes stay in approve-first mode unless you choose otherwise.
- No price changes without explicit rules. The worker uses the pricing logic you give it. If a job falls outside the rules, it asks you.
- No card handling. All payments go through your existing system. We never touch the money flow.
- Daily summary. Every morning you get a one-page summary of what the worker did the day before. If you want anything pulled back to approve-first, one click does it.
Testing plan (14 days)
- Day 1 to 3. Connect tools. Read your last week of jobs. Map your service catalog and your pricing rules. No outbound from the worker.
- Day 4 to 7. Shadow mode on 100 percent of new inquiries. Drafts only. You approve in one daily batch. We fix every edge case the moment we see it.
- Day 8 to 10. Same approval flow but at higher volume. We tune tone, pricing logic, and edge cases.
- Day 11 to 14. Move low-risk flows to auto-send. Reminders first. Simple confirmations next. Quotes stay approve-first until you say otherwise.
