My AI keeps my books, and it never touches them without my say-so

There is an agent in my business named Laura that handles the money side. Receipts, invoices, categorizing expenses, drafting the boring financial paperwork. It does all of it in staging mode, which means it never changes a single real number until I approve it.

Draft, then approve

Laura captures a receipt, drafts where it belongs, and waits. It writes an invoice and waits. Nothing hits the actual books until I look at it and say yes. The AI does the tedious 90 percent, I keep the final 10 percent that actually matters.

That one rule, draft then approve, is what makes handing money tasks to an agent safe instead of terrifying.

Where the time goes

Bookkeeping is not hard, it is just relentless. A little every day, forever, and it is the first thing that piles up when you are busy. Then tax time arrives and you lose a weekend to a shoebox of receipts.

An agent that keeps it current every day, and only ever proposes, means the books are done and I never had to sit down and do them.

We build agents that do the tedious work and always let you approve first. Ask me about it.
