My AI watches its own reputation so a spam complaint never sneaks up on us
A bounce you can see at send time. The quieter danger is when your email reaches the inbox but people quietly mark it as spam. By the time that shows up in your results, your reputation is already sliding. So my agent watches for it directly.
Two different signals, both matter
Bounces are easy. The mail server tells you at send time that an address is dead, and my agent counts them and brakes itself if they climb too high. But a spam complaint is invisible to the sender. The provider does not tell you that a recipient hit the spam button.
That signal only shows up in aggregate reputation data. So my agent reads that data on a schedule and watches two things a bounce alone would miss. The rate at which people flag us, and whether receiving servers are actually trusting our sending identity.
Catch the slide before it becomes a collapse
The thresholds are tight. A small flag rate gets a warning, a slightly higher one is treated as serious, because reputation damage is slow to cause and slow to undo. Catching it early is the whole game.
For a small business, your sending reputation is an asset you cannot see and cannot easily rebuild. An agent that watches it with the right instrument, and alerts before the slide becomes a collapse, is protecting something quietly essential.
The risks you cannot see are the ones worth monitoring. We build agents that watch them. Let's talk.
