My grant agent runs the whole thing while I sleep
I do not start my grant agent each morning. It wakes up on its own, finds who to help, researches the grants, writes the emails, checks itself, and sends. I just read the results.
The overnight chain
Every morning before I am up, a chain of steps runs on its own. First it looks for new nonprofits to add to the list and pulls their public contact details. Then, if the queue needs more, it spins up research workers in parallel, each one verifying a single real, open grant that fits a specific org and writing a give-only email about it.
After that, the sender validates each draft against all my rules and sends the ones that pass. Source, research, write, check, send. The whole loop, unattended.
Set and forget, earned not assumed
Set-and-forget sounds casual, but it took real work to earn. The only reason I can leave it running is that every risky step checks itself: the grant has to be verifiably open, the voice has to pass the gift-not-pitch gate, the recipient has to not be on the opt-out list.
Automation you trust overnight is not automation that cuts corners. It is automation that checks more carefully than a tired human would at nine in the morning. When the guardrails are solid, I can sleep and still wake up to real help having gone out in my name.
We build automation careful enough to trust overnight. Let us build yours.
