Your customer should see the finished job before your crew starts

Most people cannot look at a patch of grass and picture a pool in it. So I built a tool that takes a photo of their own backyard and shows them the pool, before anyone picks up a shovel.

People say yes to what they can see

A brochure shows someone else's yard. A drawing shows lines on paper. Neither one shows the customer their own home, so they have to guess what the crew will actually do.

The tool takes one photo of the yard and puts three different pool styles into it. Now the homeowner can see the real difference the work will make, in the place they live, and pick the one they want.

The fence taught me what the picture is for

The law here says a pool needs a fence. So at first I had the AI put a tall wood fence into every picture. It was the right rule, but every yard looked boxed in. The fence hid the very thing the customer wanted to see.

So I changed it. The picture now shows the pool in the open yard. The fence still gets built on the job, and the crew talks about it up front. The picture has one job: help the customer see the change.

Every trade has this problem

A deck, a kitchen, a new roof. Most trades sell work the customer cannot see yet. When they can see the finished job first, they ask better questions and the talk gets a lot easier for everyone.

Want your customers to see the finished job before your crew starts? Let's talk.
