Why my sales AI only sends thirty emails a day on purpose

People assume an AI that writes cold email would blast thousands. Mine sends thirty a day, and it holds that line on purpose. The restraint is the whole point.

The math still works at thirty

A mentor who runs cold email for a living gave me one rule. Do not send more than thirty a day until the inbox has been warmed for at least two months. I took it seriously. My agent ramps up slowly, ten the first day, then fifteen, then twenty, and holds at thirty.

Thirty a day across a working month is still hundreds of real, targeted emails. Even a small reply rate feeds the pipeline. The volume was never the constraint. The reputation is.

Blowing up a domain takes months to undo

Send too much, too fast, from a young domain and the mailbox providers flag you. Recovering from that takes three to six months, and a small company cannot afford to have its only outreach channel poisoned.

So the cap stays at thirty until the deliverability numbers prove the domain is healthy, and only then does it move, in small steps. Patience is a feature. We build agents that are willing to go slow so the channel stays alive.

A dark gauge with an amber needle in the safe low zone and an untouched red danger arc

Growth that lasts beats a spike that burns the channel. That is how we build. Let's talk.
