Obsidian AI Labs Inc. builds and deploys private AI assistants on dedicated infrastructure for businesses. Each client receives their own named AI agent, configured for their specific workflows, running on infrastructure provisioned exclusively for them.

Service tiers

We offer three tiers of AI assistant service. Each tier includes dedicated cloud infrastructure, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance.

Digital Worker

A single AI agent configured for your business workflows and deployed on dedicated cloud infrastructure. Handles day-to-day tasks like lead follow-up, content drafting, scheduling, email management, and administrative work. Designed to save 10 or more hours per week.

Digital Assistant

A multi-agent AI system with CRM integration, email automation, and workflow orchestration across your existing tools. Up to three named AI agents working together on your business. Designed to save 15 or more hours per week.

Obsidian Executive Assistant

A full AI executive team on dedicated private infrastructure. Up to five named agents covering multiple business functions. Includes the option for on-premises hardware (dedicated Mac Studio or equivalent) so your data never leaves your building.

What every tier includes

Dedicated infrastructure. Your AI assistant runs on cloud infrastructure provisioned exclusively for you. Your data is never co-mingled with other clients.
Canadian data residency. Infrastructure is provisioned in Canada (Toronto region) by default. Other regions available on request.
Configuration and onboarding. We set up your agent, connect it to your tools, and configure it for your workflows within 48 hours.
Ongoing maintenance and tuning. As your business changes, we adjust the assistant to match. No extra charge for configuration updates.
Direct line to your assistant. Message it on the platform you already use. It responds in real time, not business hours.
Activity logs. Full transparency into what your assistant is doing. No black box.
Data export on cancellation. All your configurations, prompts, and customizations exported in a standard format (JSON and markdown) within 7 calendar days at no additional cost.

Guarantees

Time savings guarantee. If you do not save the stated number of hours per week within the first 30 days, your next monthly fee is waived and we provide additional tuning at no charge.
Founder Desk Line SLA. During the first 90 days, Brandon Dietz responds to direct messages within 4 business hours. If this SLA is missed, that month's fee is waived.
Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice.

What we do not do

We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, or sales outcomes. We build infrastructure and workflows. Your results depend on your inputs, your market, and your follow-through.
We do not access your data outside the scope of delivering the services in your agreement.
We do not share your data with other clients or third parties beyond the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy.
We do not retain your data after cancellation beyond what Canadian law requires.

Payments and billing

All billing is handled through Stripe. Monthly charges begin on the engagement start date. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable HST/GST. No setup fees apply to standard engagements.
